During the pre-consultation stage, we'll gather essential information about you through ' Getting to Know You' form which includes your current eating habits, lifestyle, health goals, and any medical conditions you may have. This helps us tailor our approach to your specific needs.

Firstly, once the subscribed plan is over we will provide you complimentary Maintenance meal plan in monthly ad quarterly plans.  Secondly, we will provide guidance and support to continue your health journey by recommending you healthy habits, balanced and sustainable diet options. We will remain connected through WhatsApp throughout your post plan journey to resolve your any queries. And finally, we're here to support you every step of the way even after the plan is over.

'Transfer Plan' is only eligible in quarterly plan. We do understand there might be instances where you can not continue the plan. In such scenario, in order to provide flexibility we have introduced 'Transfer Plan' offer in which you can transfer the balance weeks (max up to 4 weeks) to any one member of your family at no extra cost.

The idea is to empower you to follow a healthy lifestyle as a way of life and not just when you are 'on' a diet. This may take 3/6/12 months depending on your specific case. We can help you with this decision in case you are confused.

In Some cases where intense workout or gym facility can not be availed, we offer yoga assistance also. The yoga assistance from Yoga instructor is included as complimentary in Quarterly plan, however it can be included in other plans also as Add On service.
